Frequently Asked Questions
Talk to Our Sales
Get the technical details up front. Our FAQ section addresses common questions about casting tolerances, materials, order volumes, and what to expect when working with Grove Die Casting.
What's the best way to start a project or get technical feedback?
We recommend submitting part drawings or models via email along with your volume estimates and any specific alloy or finishing requirements.
How fast can Grove respond to RFQs or prototype requests?
Typical RFQ turnaround is 3–5 business days, depending on part complexity and current demand. We prioritize transparency — if it takes longer, we’ll let you know up front.
What production volumes does Grove support best?
We specialize in short-to-medium volume production, usually from 50 to 20,000 units annually. While we can discuss larger volumes, our strengths are in agile casting programs that don’t require high-volume infrastructure.
Can Grove manage tooling and sourcing, or do customers need to provide it?
We’re flexible. Customers can either provide their own tooling or have us manage the build through trusted local partners. We handle tooling validation and die setup in-house either way.
